• A Wood Destroying Insect Inspection is a detailed inspection wherein our inspectors look for wood damaging pests and provide a report used for real estate closings
• The inspection screens for Termites, Woodborers (Powder Post Beetles and Old House Borers), Carpenter Bees and Carpenter Ants
• A detailed legal report is given upon completion of the inspection findings
• All of our inspectors have attended and passed our extensive Wood Destroying Insect class and are state registered or certified
• This Inspection is required by most lenders for the sale or refinance of a home.
