Residential Pest Inspection Programs

At Enviro-Tech, we provide the best pest control in the area, as well as free inspections and/or phone consultations to assess your needs and develop the right treatment option for your home or property. We provide one time/as needed home pest control services as well as preventive maintenance options, including both monthly and quarterly programs. Our service agreements come with a service to service guarantee. If your not satisfied for any reason, just call us and we'll come back out and take care of the problem at no additional cost to you.  Our technicians are licensed and insured. 

Our Enviro Care Program provides year round protection from all the most common household pests. We provide quarterly/seasonal integrated pest management visits which will change slightly depending on the time of the year. 

Spring - Exterior inspections that provide preventive solutions as insects emerge. Looking for the openings they need to gain access to your home. Interior treatments applied on an as needed basis to minimize any potential pest issues. Key pest include ants, ticks, clover mites, centipedes, silverfish, carpenter bees, wasps, any remaining fall invaders such as stink bugs, lady bugs, boxelders bugs, spiders and rodents, both mice and meadow voles.

Summer - Thorough exterior pest inspection and treatment for both crawling insects and stinging insects. Focus will be on the exterior, inspection and treatment of the interior as needed or requested. Key pest include ants, spiders and all stinging insects. 

Fall - Thorough pest inspection of the interior and exterior. Inspecting for openings and access points for fall invaders such as stink bugs, lady bugs, box elder bugs, lady bugs, cluster flies, spiders and mice. Thorough exterior preventive service, interior inspection, treatment as needed/requested. 

Winter - Thorough interior pest inspection of the home, exterior as weather allows. Inspecting for possible signs of rodent activity, fall invaders, spiders, centipedes, stored product pests such as Indian Meal moths. Inspection of the home for termites and other wood destroying insects.
